Any ideas or tips ? I am a software engineer and worked in different parts of the software stack from drivers to applications in Java. I have tried to see if I could get some good telecommute work but the only recruiters I seem to attract are the ones who offer "equity-only" type work. Is that fairly common these days ? I am sure there are people who are working for $$.
